Pencil
You can use the pencil to sketch your picture or create your own work of art. For example, you can create shadows by smudging the pencil lines. How you hold the pencil or how hard you press on it also makes a difference.
Try it out!
Watercolors
As the name suggests, watercolors can be mixed with water. You can use your water bottle for this. Dip your brush into the water and then into the paint. The more water you use, the lighter and brighter your colors will be. To make the background show through less, you can mix your colors with opaque white. You can use the lid of your paint box for this.
